Founded in 2021, STM operates a 6,000 m² plant in Jimo District, Qingdao — 40 km from Qingdao Port. We specialise in wire forming, resistance welding and PE/PVC/nylon/PP dip coating for fan guards, freezer baskets, refrigerator shelving and custom wire assemblies.
Our quality lab houses seven instruments including salt-spray, magnetic thickness and automatic colorimeter testing. We supply OEM programmes for Haier, Hisense, Aucma and other leading appliance brands.

- 06 Curing Controlled ovens set film hardness and finish.
- 07 QC & salt-spray Thickness, colour and ASTM B117 before release.

PE / PVC / nylon / PP dip coating
Automated pre-treatment, dip coating and curing for uniform finish on freezer baskets, fan guards and shelving.
Epoxy powder coating
Powder preparation and curing for high-temperature and corrosion-resistant finishes on cooking racks and HVAC grilles.
Tooling on site
Moulds, dies and jigs stored next to the line. Drawing review typically 1–3 days; tooling build 2–4 weeks.
Batch production & packaging
