OEM supply

Repeat production to your drawing and approved sample. Consistent coating colour, salt-spray validation and dimensional control on every batch.

ODM development

Send a reference part or brief — we propose wire diameter, coating system and tooling path. Samples validated in our QC lab before mass release.

Process

From your drawing to mass production

Five gated stages with indicative lead times. Every gate is a sign-off before the next begins.

  1. 01 Day 1

    Enquiry

    Send your drawing, quantity and target spec via the RFQ form or email.

  2. 02 1–3 days

    Drawing review

    Tooling, material and finish feasibility confirmed by our engineers.

  3. 03 7–14 days

    Sample

    First-off samples produced and validated in our own QC lab.

  4. 04 2–4 weeks

    Tooling

    Dies and jigs built and process-validated on site.

  5. 05 Ongoing

    Mass production

    Scheduled runs, in-process inspection and export packaging from Jimo.
